Pasadena Guild of Childrens
Hospital Los Angeles recently held
a tea to introduce a group of young
women who will be 2007 June Ball
debutantes, including La Cañada
Flintridge resident Ashley
Trueblood. The June Ball is one of
two major fundraising events conducted
by the group each year. It
will support the Guild’s current
combination project in Developmental
Biology as well as a suite
in the Center for Newborn and
Infant Critical Care in the new hospital
building of Childrens Hospital
Los Angeles.
Active, sustaining and associate
members of the guild attended the
annual event, held at the San
Marino home of Margot Milias.
The formal tea honored the young
women, their mothers and grandmothers.
Guild President Jinny
Dalbeck of LCF and 2007 June Ball
Chairman Marcia Grace greeted the
honorees. Approximately 100
ladies attended the traditional tea,
with several past guild presidents
taking turns pouring at the tea table.
Among the 2007 debutantes is
Ashley Trueblood, an LCF resident. Other Dubutantes are Alysia Carroll, Nicole Delahooke, Allyn
Bures, Hayden Prater, Lauren Wilson and Sarah Bane.
