be more attractive and “eco-friendly”
alternatives becoming more
prominent, Show4you Realty is a

you Realty,” said Alfonso Milanese,
owner/broker. “Show4you drives
clients around in an office-equipped
limousine that has GPS navigation,
so the driver never has to get lost or
double-back, saving time and fuel.”

Meanwhile, the inside of
the limo boasts a computer with
two screens, Internet access and
DVD player. Clients and agents
rarely have to drive their own car so
fuel and pollutants can be saved.
In addition to eco-friendly carpooling,
the Show4you Realty limo
also has the ability to print, scan,
fax or e-mail documents (such as a
purchase offer) while on the road,
eliminating the need for additional appointments with clients or real
estate agents. Milanese said that
final disclosures are given to
clients on a memory stick, saving
several trees a year. Show4you
Realty also keeps an electronic
backup.
“The concept began as a need
to put back customer service in
the real estate industry and took
on a whole new meaning when
eco-friendly concepts took
over,” Milanese said. “We have
just hit the tip of the iceberg. We
are currently looking into
ethanol or CNG (compressed
natural gas) instead of gasoline
for our limousine. We are also in
the early stages of designing a
hybrid limousine”.
The road is not the only place
Show4you Realty is going green. Their
new offices are also environmentally
friendly. They have compact fluorescent
bulbs, ceiling fans, low-flow toilets and a
new AC programmable thermostat. The
company is also researching other means
of saving power and resources, including
solar power.
