Dilbeck’s Fran &
Rowena Receive Award
 Mark Dilbeck, president of
Dilbeck Realtors, announced that
Fran and Rowena, Dilbeck’s double
agent from the firm’s La Cañada
Flintridge office, were honored with
Dilbeck’s Premier Service Diamond
Elite award for superior customer
service.
The announcement was made at Dilbeck’s Appreciation Celebration,
which was recently held at the
Odyssey Restaurant in Granada
Hills.
“Winning awards is not new for
this dynamic duo,” said Dilbeck,
“they have been top-award winning
agents ever since joining the
Dilbeck family eight years ago.”

manager Lynn Beckenhauer said,

and sellers are asked to complete
a survey evaluating the service they
received. Once completed, the surveys
are tabulated by an independent
research firm and the results
detail how they are doing. In the
case of Fran and Rowena, the results

Elite.”
To become a Premier Service
Diamond Elite winner, Fran and
Rowena had to receive a minimum
98% customer satisfaction rating
based upon at least 10 returned surveys
and maintain a minimum survey
return rate of 30%.
