Updated September 22, 2005 School Traffic Snarls Foothill
On any given school day, traffic near the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Gould Avenue appears a sea of tail lights by 7:30 a.m. The bumper-to-bumper traffic results as parents and students drive to Flintridge Prep, St. Bede, St. Francis and La Cañada High School. Parks and Recreation Commissioner Jim Kambe last week called the situation, "crazy and unbelievable."
