A survey conducted by the Wall Street Journal published Jan. 31, 2003, showed La Cañada Flintridge property values rose 23.4% in a one-year time period.
The Journal surveyed over 500 upscale neighborhoods across the United States to reach its findings. This astronomical increase placed La Cañada Flintridge at the top of the charts for the entire nation.
